Mr. Nicholson serves as the Controller of Fund I. Previously, Mr. Nicholson worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP as a senior auditor in the Investment Management assurance practice. During his three years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP, Mr. Nicholson supervised the performance of GAAS and statutory audits on multiple private equity funds, hedge funds, and registered investment companies. Prior to Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP, Mr. Nicholson began his career at Neuberger Berman Inc. (acquired by Lehman Brothers) as a tax associate where he spent two years.
